On August 24, 2022, we passed an important milestone when we received approval from the city’s Committee of Adjustments to proceed with our plans to renovate 473 Oakwood. Following the unanimous decision in September 2021, we are on track with the renovation plans to prepare 473 Oakwood for our arrival in 2024. We live in SoCal, the cost of the houses throughout Socal are absolutely ridiculous and they're not getting any better. Homes that are basic are going for atleast 550k-650k in our area. We feel we can do much better and save much more money since her family has owned the land.
